Membership

General:
Any business can be eligible for Japan World Mall membership pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement as follows.

Agreement:

1.The party concerned
This agreement is between Japan World Mall (referred to herein as "Mall") and Member shop (referred to herein as "Member").

2.Membership eligibility:
Any business who applied from application form in this page with sufficient understanding of following terms and conditions and we agree with the eligibility of the business.

3.Terms and Conditions:
Services described in the service page are provided to the Member pursurant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

4. Japan World Mall's responsibility:

Japanese site creation:
Mall shall construct Member's Japanese site with Japanese shopper friendly environment to be listed in Japan World Mall.
On shopping visitor service: Mall shall arrange onsite visitor shopping service by Native speaker stationed in the Mall for shoppers' encouragement for their shopping.
Prompt sending of order confirmation e-mail:
When a shopper place an order, Mall shall promptly send order confirmation e-mail to the shopper. Then Mall send additional e-mail telling delivery schedule after receiving it from the Member.
After-sales follow-up:
Mall shall respond to any question or complain by shoppers such as late arrival of the merchandise, damaged or defect of product etc. for their complete satisfaction to create shop's confidence and reliability for customers consequent to encourage shoppers to be regualr customers.
After-sales promotion:
Mall shall regularly perform sales promotion such as sending-out direct e-mail for special sales or bargain sales information using customer database of the Mall.

5. Member's responsibility:

Basic understanding:
Member understand not to spoil the confidence of Mall and other members.
The party concerned:
Member shall understand the business is made between Member and shoppers and the Mall is only to assist this business then the Mall is not responsible for any business between the Member and shoppers.
Customer personal data protection:
As the Mall declare to avoid shopper's personal data to leak to third party, Member shall agree with this declaration.
Prompt sending of order confirmation e-mail:
When a shopper place an order, Mall shall promptly send order confirmation e-mail to the shopper. Then Mall send additional e-mail telling delivery schedule after receiving it from the Member.
Member shall promptly send e-mail to Mall telling delivery schedule for Mall to achieve this activity.
After-sales follow-up:
Mall shall respond to any question or complain by shoppers such as late arrival of the merchandise, damaged or defect of product etc. for their complete satisfaction to create shop's confidence and reliability for customers consequent to encourage shoppers to be regualr customers.
Member shall promptly follow-up Mall's negotiation with the shopper. Generally, Member shall agree with the follosing condition for the claim.
In case of shopper's request of a refund or an exchange of a product due to Member's fault (defected product, wrong product etc.), Member shall refund or send a replacement to the shopper. Member shall leave the decision of refund or sending replacement on Mall's negotiation effort and shall agree with the result once it has decided. All of freight or postage charges for this procedure shall be of Member's account.

6. Service Fee:

We provide two options to be a member shop of Japan World Mall.

In case of Tenant shop-based contract:
Small business with less than 10 pages: US$500 per month.
To be prepaid by every 20th of previous month.

Middle sized business with 10-20 pages: US$1,000 per month.
To be prepaid by every 20th of previous month.

Large sized business with more than 20 pages: US$2,000 per month.
To be prepaid by every 20th of previous month.

Discount payment is available for each size of business:
10% discount for 6 months prepayment.
20% discount for 12 months prepayment.

In case of wholesaler-based contract:
Wholesaler-based contract is not required to pay tenant fee delivering merchandise at wholesale price.
