We provide our service in two options.

1. Tenant shop:


Overseas online shops join Japan World Mall as tenant shops and the business is made directly between tenant shops and shoppers. Japan World Mall provides a Japanese site and the customer service to assist the business between shops and shoppers.

2. Wholesaler to Japan World Mall:

Japan World Mall provides a Japanese site to display the merchandise of overseas shops and sales activity.
Overseas shops deliver merchandise directly to shoppers. Japan World Mall collect shoppers' payment and pays overseas shops at wholesale price.

Following services are provided common to both options.

The services we provede in our Japan World Mall are:

  1. Our experienced marketing staff analyze the marketability of every merchandise in every aspect such as the situation of competitor, price setting, name value. etc. and make suggestion if necessary.
  1. Our experienced translators translate whole description into Japanese and, if necessary, add effective recommendation about the merchandise and the company for shoppers' better understanding.
    As Japanese people are not familiar with foreign name value, information about the shop or merchandise will help Japanese shoppers to understand more about these and feel reassured on buying merchandise.
  1. We re-arrange your Japanese shop design to make it Japanese shopper friendly if necessary.
  1. Our experienced customer service staff help visitors' shopping. On site customer service in the manner of "ask me anything, anytime" by Japanese native speaker encourages visitors very much when they decide to buy making them confident of their decision. Information about import regulations will help to avoid the problems at custom clearance and it leads to shoppers' satisfaction consequent to repeated shopping.
  1. Order confermation e-mail:
    We create the letter form of the order confirmatation in Japanese to send the shopeer who placed order. The sender, we or the tenant shop is subject to our discussion. In either case, we prepare transportation trace data to respond the inquiry by the shopper in discussion with each shop.
  1. After-sales follow-up:
    Our customer service staff also engage in after-sales service to encourage shoppers for repeated shopping. We respond to buyer's any claim under our policy that it will create shop's confidence and reliability for customers and sometimes turn complaining shopper to regular customer.
  1. After-sales promotion:
    We regularly send-out sales promotion materials such as direct e-mail for special sales or bargain sales information, the invitations to various events etc. in Japanese language to keep shoppers as shop's regular customers.
All of our Mall member are able to enjoy all of the above service automatically. It worth more than creating your own Japanese website and establishing your real branch office with various Japanese staff in Japan.

Differece between Tenant and Wholsaler business.

While Tenant pays monthly tenant fee and collects full sales amount directly from shoppers, Wholesaler business is not required to pay monthly tenant fee and collects payment from Japan World Mall at wholesale price.
